An active imagination and an always accessible sketchbook allow me to capture and chronicle the world around me. From incidents in the street and curious characters on the tube, to interesting places and overheard conversations, I draw it all. My interest in buildings and places, begun with my study of architecture, is the starting point. I then have a stage which I can fill with characters, create narratives and develop a new piece of work. Ultimately I just want to tell a story.
I work as an illustrator and sell much of my own work at Art Fairs and markets throughout South and Central London.
Before this I worked as a Computer Animator for over ten years, working on commercials for Adidas, Sony, Virgin and Warner Bros.
I have designed and directed animation used as music visuals for the band Lemon Jelly, shown at Brixton Academy, the BFI IMAX and across the UK.
Prior to this I worked as a Graphic Designer during the production of Tim Burton's Corpse Bride, and before that Condor Digital Post Production.
My occasional random scribbles can be found on instagram.
